Solaris smiles
at Ciadra and says one final farewell to all. His back arches suddenly as a look of overwhelming pain crosses his face. Red
streams of light shine out of his eyes and mouth. His shouts of pain are muffled by the flames that engulf his hair and wings,
quickly burning them to nothing. The ground trembles, causing pictures and the other wares lying about on tables within the
Tavern to fall and break. Solaris forces himself to look over at Ciadra one last time before the physical restraints of his
body finally begin to give, his flesh cracking and breaking as though it were plaster. The same red light begins to stream
out of every little crack that appears until it reaches a blinding state. When his body has melted entirely away, all that's
left is a crackling, red sphere that jitters about. The globe falters in the air slightly as it makes its way to Ciadra. It
lingers about her forehead for a moment before a calming voice emanates from within it saying, "Do not worry, for your pain
shall not be long lived." The tendrils of energy surround the orb reach out towards Ciadra and drive deep into her flesh.
The ball lurches away suddenly and pulls with it another similarly shaped, blue sphere from the now lifeless body of Ciadra.
The red globe merges into the blue one as all falls silent for a final moment. The silence is short lived as a bright white
light explodes from within the two combined spheres. Several explosions of light and energy are released, each leaving the
orb small until finally at last it is gone. Thus, in this manner, Solaris, a once fearsome Dread Lord, ended the lives of
his wife Ciadra, and himself, that they may explore the afterlife together until the end of time itself.
